Late Policy

Punctuality is important to ensure quality service. If you arrive 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. If we can still accommodate you, additional charges may apply, or your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time.

Payments Policy

We accept all major credit cards for payment. If paying with cash, we do not provide change, so please bring the exact amount.

Deposit Policy

A $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to your service total. The deposit is non-refundable if:

  • You arrive 10 minutes late or more.

  • You fail to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Children Policy

We welcome children aged 5 and above for services. However, we ask that children be accompanied by an adult at all times. No extra guests are allowed to ensure a calm and professional environment.
